Jillian Bolin

Jillian Bolin earned her Ph.D. in History from UC San Diego, her B.A. in English Literature and Religious Studies from UC Davis, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Classics from UC Davis. Before joining UCSD’s Analytical Writing Program, she taught history at the University of San Diego and writing in the Humanities Program at Revelle College. Her research interests include interdisciplinary humanities, the history of folklore and popular culture, religious history, British history, the history of science, global history, medieval history, and gender studies.
