Cristina Guerrero

Cristina A. Guerrero earned her B.A in English and Minor in Educational Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Prior to joining UCSD's Analytical Writing Program, she worked at The Preuss School as the Admissions and Data Coordinator, where she assisted low-income families through the admissions process and coordinated school events. During her undergraduate career, she worked as a teaching assistant for Isla Vista Youth Projects, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides educational resources to low-income K-6 students. As a first-generation college graduate, her experiences have inspired her to continue working with students from similar backgrounds to help them overcome educational hardships and achieve academic success.
