Ward Risvold
Ward Risvold earned his Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Georgia, his M.A. in English and American Literature from North Carolina Central University, and his B.A. in Literature from UC Santa Cruz. Before joining UCSD’s Analytical Writing Program, he taught Ethics at North Carolina Central University and First Year Composition at the University of Georgia. His research interests include early modern print culture, 16th century philology, gender studies, and the history of science. He is the editor of the journal Renaissance Papers.
