Ben Sheredos
Ben Sheredos earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, his M.A. in Neurophilosphy from Georgia State University, and his B.A. in Philosophy from Rutgers University. Before joining UCSD’s Analytical Writing Program, he taught philosophy courses at UCSD and writing courses in the Warren College Writing Program. He has also worked with The BioClock Studio at UC San Diego to develop and distribute open-access science education materials on circadian biology. His academic research focuses on proper, Husserlian phenomenology (the study of structures of consciousness) and the philosophy of scientific practice (focusing on how biologists use graphics in their work).
